It might help if you could post a screenshot of your Google Chrome Task Manager that shows the resource usage of your Norton extensions and/or processes in your browser. The BleepingComputer article How to Open and Use the Google Chrome Task Manager has some good hints for finding how much CPU, RAM and network bandwidth is consumed by your browser extensions and other running processes. If you disable those extensions in Chrome (Settings | More Tools | Extensions) do you see a significant decrease in your RAM consumption? Your screenshot resolution is a bit low but it looks like some of the Norton browser extensions (Norton Safe Web, Norton Password Manager, etc.) that are listed in the Norton support article Add the Norton Browser Extensions are enabled.

So, how can I get a shortcut that opens Google Chrome in a new incognito Window with multiple tabs going to multiple different websites (URLs)? I would like to disable images along with Java and Flash to improve performance when opening so many tabs. On top of that it appears the -disable-images switch does not work for Windows 7. All my URLs will not fit in the target textbox. I need to open multiple URLs in multiple tabs, most likely 8 or more. The target textbox only allows for a very limited amount of characters. Google Chrome opens in a new incognito window with the URLs in separate tabs.

Right now I am using a Google Chrome desktop shortcut and command line switches to accomplish this, but it is falling short. I'm trying to find a way to make a shortcut for Google Chrome that will open multiple specific webpages in multiple tabs.
